What to expect from a Flight Experience group event
Our authentic Boeing 737 simulator provides an atmosphere of intimacy, allowing teams to form and members to work together closely and effectively. For birthday parties, it is the perfect activity to keep everyone busy.
All group members get a chance to fly while others watch from either inside the Boeing 737 cockpit simulator, or on the large TV screens in the lounge area which show a live feed from the flight deck.
Our structured scenarios create an environment of common interest that encourages discussion and collaboration.
Our corporate offering
Our Corporate Challenge is designed to encourage light-hearted fun and rewards are offered to guests for a variety of outcomes throughout the event.
We cater for groups of 3-15 people with a healthy element of friendly competition for who will put in the best flight performance!
Real world commercial pilots are on hand to provide instructions and informative tips about aviation and the handling of a big jet aircraft.
We tailor our events to you

Yes. Our group events are designed to keep everyone engaged from start to finish.
Speak with our team about how you would like your event to be tailored, participants can rotate between the Boeing 737 Simulator and VR Flying Experience, taking turns commanding a commercial airliner and stepping into the role of a fighter pilot or private jet.
This gives everyone the opportunity to get hands-on while enjoying two distinct styles of flying.
The excitement continues between turns, with a live feed from the Boeing 737 cockpit displayed in the lounge. The whole group can follow each flight, cheer on their teammates, and remain part of the action throughout the event.

Flying is a team effort, and our group events turn it into a fun, hands-on challenge. Participants work in small teams, taking turns at the controls, cheering and helping their teammates through each challenge, so everyone stays involved, even when they are not in the pilot’s seat.
With both the Boeing 737 Simulator and VR Flying Experience available, we are also able to arrange for participants to fly together or rotate between Experiences.
Corporate groups can also take on our Corporate Challenge, where teamwork meets friendly competition. Participants can put their communication, coordination and decision-making to the test across different flying scenarios, with performances tracked on the leaderboard and rewards for selected achievements throughout the event.
