Experience Flight Like Never Before – In a VR Fighter Jet!
Step into the cockpit of an F/A-18 or F-15 in our state-of-the-art VR jet simulators. With full 360° immersion, roaring jet engines, and realistic seat vibrations, you’ll feel every thrill of high-speed military flight.
Fly under the Golden Gate Bridge, skim over NYC’s skyline, or try a tricky night landing in Las Vegas. Craving more action? Navigate the Grand Canyon’s tight turns, thread through the Austrian Alps, or blaze past the Eiffel Tower under Paris’ night lights.
Our qualified pilot instructors will guide you through challenges tailored to your experience. Choose between a 30- or 45-minute mission, each with a pre-flight briefing and up to 4 take-offs and landings.
-
Not at all. Your instructor will explain the controls before take-off and guide you throughout the flight. The mission and level of difficulty can be adjusted to suit you, whether it is your first time using virtual reality or you already have flying experience.
-
Yes. With two VR flying stations at Funan, you and a friend can take to the skies at the same time. We recommend booking in advance so both stations can be reserved for your preferred time slot.
One of the highlights of flying together is the chance to experience formation flying, where you can fly alongside each other and share the thrill of the experience in real time. For first-time flyers, we recommend the 45-minute experience, giving you more time to get comfortable with the controls before flying together. The 30-minute experience is better suited to those who already have some flying experience.
Friends and family are also welcome to watch from nearby, as the VR setup is open.
-
Yes, provided your glasses fit comfortably inside the headset. Frames should be no more than 142 mm wide and 50 mm high. If your glasses do not fit or touch the VR lenses, we recommend wearing contact lenses where possible.
-
Virtual reality affects everyone differently. If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, a serious heart or medical condition, certain vision conditions, or an implanted medical device, we recommend consulting your doctor before participating.
If you feel dizzy, nauseous or uncomfortable at any point during the experience, simply let your instructor know. The VR headset can be removed at any time, and you can continue your flight using the simulator screen instead, allowing you to enjoy the rest of the experience more comfortably.
